地域优势Geographical Advantage
青岛是环渤海湾最重要的城市之一;也是国家级旅游城市、中国最佳生活居住城市;更是中国最大的进出口城市之一。曾经成功举办2008奥林匹克运动会帆船比赛、2014世界园艺博览会等国际重量级活动,作为中国北方最重要的贸易窗口,青岛与世界上130多个国家和地区的450多个港口有贸易往来,吸引着全世界的目光。凭借强势的经济、贸易、地理、资源等优势,本届进口名品展必将取得圆满成功。
Along with the deepening of economic and trade cooperation between China and countries around the world, China has become one of the world’s most open markets. The total annual imports and exports of goods in 2013 reached 4.16 trillion dollars, of which importing 1.9504 trillion, increasing its year-on-year segment volumes by 7.3%, ranking second in the world. It’s expected that China will import more than 8 trillion dollars of goods in the next five years. China's retail sales of consumer goods is expected to reach 31 trillion yuan by 2015, which will provide greater business opportunities for the world to expand exports to China.

宣传推广Fair Promotion
(一)充分利用中国国际贸易促进委员会、中国国际商会在海外的办事处、友好商协会组织等渠道进行招商宣传。
(1)Making full advantages of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and China Chamber of International Commerce in the overseas friendly association offices, organizations and other channels for investment promotion.
(二)充分利用中国国际贸易促进委员会、中国国际商会在全国700 多个分支机构进行招商宣传推广,并组织相关意向代理商赴会洽谈。
(2)Making full use of more than 700 branches of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, China Chamber of International Commerce across the country for investment promotion,and organizing relevant intent agents to attend the negotiation.
(三)组织代理商、进口商、经销商、批发商、零售商、超市、百货商场、专业店、连锁店等参会洽谈。
(3)Organizing one on one meetings with import agents,distributors and large retailers participating.
(四)与相关行业协会、组织机构合作,组织相关会员企业参会洽谈采购。
(4)Cooperating with relevant trade associations and organizations, organizing relevant member enterprises to participate the fair and sourcing events.
(五)印刷70万份请柬,重点进行买家邀请。
(5) Sending out 700,000 invitations for buyer invitation.
(六)通过电台、电视台、平面媒体、网络媒体等进行全方位的宣传报道。预计有30万人次到会参观。
(6)Undertaking a full range of media coverage through radio, television, print media, Internet media etc. to attract 300,000 visitors.
(七)组织参展企业举办现场产品发布会。
(7) New products presentation and press conference .
(八)组织大会相关评选活动。
(8) Awarding activities priority .

我们提供的参展商服务Services for Exhibitors
(一)组织采购洽谈会。根据展团企业产品情况,有针对性的邀请全省、全国进口商、代理商、经销商、批发商、大型零售商到现场进行洽谈。
(1)Sourcing Event Arrangement Professional buyers will be invited, including importers, agents, distributors, wholesalers and retailers throughout the country. The sourcing event will be arranged according to the items of the pavilion on display.
(二)现场产品发布会。组委会组织展团参展企业可以在展团区域或大会指定区域举行产品发布和媒体见面会。
(2) New Products Presentation The organizing committee will arrange the group enterprises for the new products presentation and press conference at the exhibition area or the designated area.
(三)品牌自主活动。组委会为每个品牌活动提供支持,负责联系相关场地和公关活动,并组织相关参与者和媒体。
(3)Private Brands Events The organizing committee will offer support for the brands to hold private events, such as sites and coordination for public relations activities, and participants invitation and media arrangements, etc.
(四)参与大会相关评选活动。组委会优先安排展团企业参加相关评选,并在会后做推广宣传。
(4)Awarding Activities Participation The organizing committee will prioritize the group enterprises during the awarding activities, and promote after the fair.
(五)媒体预热和推广。组委会为每个展团制定全程整合营销策划方案,为展团做整体形象和文化宣传。具体形式包括国家和地区相关文化、品牌故事、产品品鉴知识。
(5)Media warming and Promoting The organizing committee will develop comprehensive marketing plan for each pavilion, including pavilion corporate image building and culture promotion. It is recommended to promote the national and regional knowledge, brand story and product knowledge during the whole mass communication plan.
(六)社交网络推广。组委会利用微博、微信、QQ 群、QQ 空间、博客、百科、论坛等社交网络进行全程网络推广,确保品牌宣传效果。
(6)Social network marketing The organizing committee will use Weibo, Wechat, QQ Group, QQ space, blog, wiki, forum, etc to ensure the brand publicity during the fair.
(七)电子商务。组委会将设立专门的电子商务网站并入驻有关电商平台,为进口商提供网络销售平台。
(7)Shared E-commerce The Organizing Committee will establish a dedicated e-commerce website and provide online sales platform for importers. 
 

 

【参展范围】

为转变外贸增长方式,作为“2015 中国青岛跨国采购洽谈会暨进出口商品交易会”的重要活动之一,“2015 青岛进口名品展”(以下简称“展会”)将于2015 年11月20日至23日在青岛国际会展中心举办,主要展示境外进口优质产品,为进口商和消费者提供一个与海外优质产品高效沟通的平台。展会由“农产渔业”,“食品饮料”,“美容健康”,“家居礼品”和“服装服饰和时尚生活方式” 5 个子活动组成,涵盖主要进口消费品领域。同时,国家和地区展团也受邀参会以提升国家和地区形象。
“China Qingdao import Fair” is organized by Qingdao International Procurement Exchange Center, aiming at the promotion of import of products to Chinese market and providing platforms for the communication of international suppliers and Chinese buyers. The exhibition increases 30% in size each year. Taking Stimulating Consumption, Expanding Domestic Demand, Promoting Investment& Strengthening Trade as the theme, we strive to create a high-level comprehensive exhibition combing merchandise trade, service trade, investment cooperation and cultural exchanges together.
