Conference producer is the researcher of a conference, who should take charge of planning conferences, drawing up meeting topics and inviting speakers. Research is the key step for producing a good conference. Also, conference producer is the most important job post in Simba, a team who is aimed at bringing extraordinary experience to all guests. Therefore, conference producer should go through a very rigorous process of selection and a more than 6 months sales training.

Job Responsibilities 岗位职责
Doing research:
1. To do deep research, information collection and analysis of target industry;
2. To communicate with executives of top 100 companies and industry experts, so as to master the latest industry trends and knowledge;
3. To master the industry hotspot and trends through the information collected;
4. To coordinating with project manager to make project execution plan;

Writing conference agenda:
5. To write conference agenda according to previous research;
6. To make conference promotional materials;

Inviting speakers:
7. To invite speakers referring to the agenda;
8. To continuously complete the agenda and ensuring inviting the most appropriate speakers, with the research going deeply;
9. Responsible for on-site arrangement to ensure a high quality conference and give attendees a satisfactory experience;
10. To maintaining a good relationship with speakers and participants.

Job Requirements
1. Working in details, having strong execution ability, chasing excellence, and agreeing with Simba’s concept;2. Bachelor degree or above, interns who can work 5 days a week are also acceptable;
3. Passing CET6 (above 500 credits), with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
4. Owning pioneering spirit and excellent communication skills to contact with leaders in all kinds of industries all over the world;
5. Integrity, enthusiasm, a team-worker;
6. Positive mental attitude to a competitive environment; able to work under great pressure;
7. Prior to applicant who has working experience in conference and consulting industries.
